What can I do if the product I want is sold out?

Don’t worry, we’ll be updating our stock soon. For now, you can leave us your email and we will notify you as soon as we have stock available.

Do you have discounted products?

We constantly add new discounts & special offers; you can find them in the Offers section. Remember that we have a welcome discount if you are new here you get 15% off on your first purchase!

How do discount coupons work?

Discount codes cannot be combined. All codes are one time-use per customer.

Is your packaging safe?

Yes, all orders are packed carefully so that they get to you in perfect condition.

Who is your courier service provider?

We currently work with the USPS courier service to deliver orders within the US.

Where can I see the list of my orders?

You can view your order list in the upper right corner of your screen.

How can I know my order status?

You can easily check your order status on your south florida baseball card account.

How do I track my order?

When you place your order, you receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase is processed. You can track your shipment directly on the USPS website to find exactly when your package will arrive.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Shipping time is normally 1-3 business days.

What credit or debit cards do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only selling in the US. We hope to have international shipments available soon. Stay tuned on our social networks for news in our shipping areas.

What can I do if I want to return a product?

How can I report a problem with my order?

What if the order is lost during transport?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear about this! Each order has its own tracking number and if we see that it was indeed lost, we can ship out your order free of charge!

What if the wrong items are delivered?

What if the product is damaged during shipping?

Each order is packed with care to make sure that this does not happen. But we totally understand that things can go wrong in the transporting process! Please contact us at hello@southfloridabaseballcards-1815.myshopify.com we will take care of the rest!

What is the return policy?

I’m missing an item in the order. What do I do?

Oh no, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please send us a picture of your order and your shipping label to hello@southfloridabaseballcards-1815.myshopify.com and we’d be more than happy to send you the product that is missing.

I have not received my order

We apologize that you have not received your order yet, and want to get your order to you ASAP! If it has been more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@southfloridabaseballcards-1815.myshopify.com with your order number and we can help place your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they are placed, including editing the contents of an order, changing the shipping address, or cancelling it entirely. Please confirm all details, including shipping information & the contents of your order before completing it.

How can I register and receive your emails?

You have to create an account in the log in option, after registering you will be in our database and we will be sharing valuable information with you.

At the moment all our products are only sold online.
